The Canon EOS Photo5, part deux.

And so the Canon EOS Photo5 came and went. Unfortunately, I was not short-listed, but the experience was amazing. Would certainly join something like this again. It gave me a few shots that I would certainly include as a series to my growing portfolio. It also gave me a few ideas for new projects and collaborations. (Yes, am waiting for your pics Norman Tang!)

Anyway, without further adieu, I present my other four submissions. (First one was here)

Thank you Dmitriy Ozerov, Adarsh Man Serchan and Lindsey Abot.

My own little galaxy. (Macro x Foam)
Alone In The Dark (Low Light x Sequins)
Funny way of powdering your nose, dear. (Fast Shutter x Powder)
Ode to Nepal. (Was flagged as inappropriate, taken down)
Come fly with me. (Panning x Ribbon)

The Canon EOS Photo5

The EOS Photo5 is Canon Australia's annual photography competition, where one has to fulfil 5 individual briefs. As it was my first time, I decided to give it a shot (no pun intended). First brief was aptly titled, "Through A Pet's Eyes" and I was fortunate enough to have taken this shot. It's my take on the view of a cat, its long sightedness (they are! try putting a piece of meat in front of them, FAIL.), its view of the feet of humans, and the interaction between one another that we always see them do.

This was titled "Hello. What do you have over there?"
